As a PhD researcher at UMONS, I specialize in software engineering with a focus on understanding and improving Open Source Software (OSS) communities. My research examines contributor interactions, role transitions, and decision-making processes to enhance collaboration, productivity, and community health. I hold a double Master of Science: one in Machine Learning and Data Science from Université Sorbonne Paris Nord and another in Web Intelligence and Data Science from Université Sidi Mohammed Ben Abdellah, where I developed advanced expertise in machine learning, artificial intelligence, and optimization. Additionally, I earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematical and Computer Science from Université Sidi Mohammed Ben Abdellah, building a strong foundation in mathematics and computational methods. Professionally, I have contributed as a Data Scientist during my internship at Institut Lyfe Research Center, applying machine learning techniques to cognitive neuroscience, and as a Java Developer at Artificial & Business Intelligence Soft, focusing on user-centered application development. My interdisciplinary background informs my commitment to advancing sustainable and inclusive practices within OSS ecosystems.
